In FY24, the bridge fund DID not receive ANY contributions and DID not make ANY distributions. The bridge fund filed a request with the new YORK state department of state to legally dissolve on april 26, 2024. This request for legal dissolution, backdated to april 26, 2024, was granted and communicated to the organization on february 25, 2025. As such, the FY24 form 990-EZ has been marked as the final filing for the bridge fund.
