The corporation is organized and shall be exclusively operated as a not- for- profit corporation for charitable benevolent, scientific, and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986. The corporation shall engage in ANY lawful activities within the purposes for which a corporation may be organized under the illinois general not for profit ACT of 1986. The corporation's purposes shall include, but not be limited to, operating facilities and divisions that will provide health care and other related services as well as employing physicians and others for that purpose.
