To be organized and operated at ALL times exclusively as a NON-stock, charitable "supporting organization" as described in sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended ("code") for the following exclusive purposes:(a) to support, benefit and assist connecticut public broadcasting, INC. ("CPB"), which is a TAX-exempt organization under code section 501(c)(3) and a public charity code section 509(a)(2);(b) to enlist public support and establish funding initiatives for the benefit of CPB.;(c) to receive from ANY person, cash or property which will comprise an endowment fund for the benefit of CPB, INC.(d) to own, hold, manage, invest and reinvest ALL such property received;(e) to use and apply the NET income and principal of ALL such property in such property in such manner and in such time.
