The mission of the coalition is to recruit, expand and retain jobs in the dayton region. The coalition focuses on growing the 14-county dayton region and bolsters job creation and opportunity by supporting entrepreneurial activity, retaining and attracting businesses, and advocating for and promoting the region's assets at the local, state and national levels.
