Description of organization's mission supervise, administer and manage assets, funds and properties, real and personal, that are and shall be held, invested and used for the benefit or purposes of DUKE university, its affiliates (including the employees' retirement plan of DUKE university) and the DUKE endowment, a private foundation which under the terms of its indenture and by action of its separate board of trustees provides substantial support to DUKE university.
