The mission of enterprise community development (ECD) is development, preservation, and management of housing communities including coordination of resident services to provide decent and affordable housing to low- and moderate-income individuals and families. ECD is also engaged in efforts to expand the availability of, and access to renewable energy sources at affordable housing developments it OWNS, controls, or manages.
