About

The florida chamber of commerce develops its annual jobs and competitiveness agenda highlighting where it stands on key business priorities for the upcoming legislative session. This blueprint for private sector job creation, which benefits ALL floridians, is essential to florida becoming the 10th largest economy in the world by 2030 and is advocated before the florida legislative, executive, and judicial branches of florida government. The florida chamber is NON-partisan and represents businesses of ALL sizes from pensacola to key WEST, and represents ALL economic sectors and industries across the state. Florida is at a crossroads and uniting the business community to make sure the right outcomes happen is essential. Ensuring florida doesn't become like california, new YORK or illinois takes putting the long-term ahead of the short-term to keep florida the BEST state to live, learn, work, own a business, and raise a family. The florida chamber's jobs and competitiveness agenda focuses on a HOST of issues including economic diversification, workforce and fixing florida's broken legal system, education, transportation, development, AI implementation, infrastructure, environmental stewardship, affordable workforce housing, telecommunications and so much more.
