To provide and facilitate educational opportunities for students and faculty to study, teach and conduct research abroad through support of the florida state university international study abroad programs. Florida state university conducts year-round programs in london, england, florence, italy, valencia, spain, and at its branch campus in panama city, panama as well as summer only programs in many other locations around the world. The association incorporated on JULY 8, 1992, and is organized as a direct-support organization of florida state university within the meaning of section 1004.28, florida statutes. As such, the association is treated as a component unit of florida state university.
