See schedule OTHE foundation was created to carry out the charitable, educational, and religious purposes of the associated jewish community federation of baltimore, INC. (the associated). The foundation makes grants to public charitable organizations in furtherance of the mission of the associated. Specifically, the fund for change was created to assist groups working in or with low and moderate income communities in their efforts to redress such inequities and build a society that is democratic, equalitarian, and participatory.
