Henry FORD physician partners ("HFPP") is a wholly owned subsidiary of henry FORD health system DBA henry FORD health ("HF health"). HF health is a comprehensive integrated health system comprised of entities wholly owned by HF health that provide coordinated delivery of health care related services for residents of the communities served by henry FORD health. As an integral component of henry FORD health, HFPP exists to sponsor, support, promote, establish, maintain, participate in and carry on such activities as necessary to improve the nature and quality of services rendered by henry FORD health, including, but not limited to, contracting with other organizations in furtherance of its TAX exempt purposes.
