Scholarship fund - to received contributions from association members to distribute to students who have beenapproved and awarded scholarships. Also to provide education opportunities to association members.the mission of the foundation is to meet the educational and leadership needs of independent lubricant manufacturers; to promote high ethical standards and conduct in the lubricants industry; to advance the leadership and management excellence of the lubricants industry; to administer a scholarship program; and, to engage in other conduct permitted by an organization exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of1986 (or the corresponding provision of ANY future united states internal revenue law).
