To appropriate community resources and intervening in problematic situations before the crisis stage, a transportation access program (TAP), distributing BUS tickets through other agencies for the trulyneedy, disabled and seniors, deterring elder abuse through community education and the investigation of senior's problems in long-term care facilities and an alternative sentencing program (ASP) one-stop program providing court ordered restitution and diversion services for clients.
