Allows the organization to negotiate contracts, arbitrate cases and conduct ALL other necessary activites to ensure proper working conditions and economic advantages for the membership and to carry on organizing activities to attract new members. And to promote the material and intellectual welfare of its members according to the IBEW constitution and the local's bylaws.
