To organize workers in the electrical industry, including public utilities and manufacturing, into local unions, promote reasonable methods of work, settle disputes between employers and employees by arbitration, assist members, reduce hours, secure adequate pay for work, seek a higher standard of living for members, seek security for members, by legal and proper means.
