To unite ALL of the longshore, DOCK workers, CAR loaders, (and unloaders), lumber handlers, and ALL other workers under the jurisdiction of the ILWU of LOS angeles & long beach harbors and such additional ports as the charter covers, for the purpose of securing unity action.
