The activities of the IOWA association of school boards (IASB) foundation operate in support of the ENDS statements as established by the IASB board of directors. ALL activities shall be oriented to serving IOWA school boards and public school districts. The IASB foundation shall provide fundraising to support one or more of the following IASB programs:board development, research, member relations, public outreach, government relations, human resource services, risk management, and management programs.
