About

To establish childcare and youth programs and related services for fund eligible 1199 members in order to increase their access to high quality, affordable child care and youth related services and information. To assist parents reconciling their work and family responsibilities, the fund will provide programs and services that meet the particular needs of children from infancy through AGE 17.
