The corporation is organized to make charitable and other philanthropic contributions to causes which benefit citizens of the state of louisiana and the united states with respect to: (1) providing disaster relief to those involved in the race horse industry; (2) to provide assistance to owners and trainers in times of disaster; and (3) to provide basic needs for humans and animals during recovery from a disaster, - and (4) provide for ANY reasonable horse related activity.
