PASER, through positive political action, shall promote the welfare of MSEA-SEIU Local 1989 members and their families; Encourage participation in political activities to advance the cause of good government in Maine in the areas of legislation, administration and finances; Encourage participation in the political process by seeking out, selecting and supporting persons committed to the betterment of working and retirement conditions for MSEA-SEIU Local 1989 members.
