New economy project's mission is to build an economy that works for ALL new yorkers, rooted in racial and social justice, cooperation, neighborhood equity and ecological sustainabilty. The organization works with community groups to fight systemic discrimination and to build institutions, policies, and public support needed for a just economy. New economy project believes this DUAL strategy is necessary to achieve lasting transformational change.
