The primary purpose and objective of nyscopba is to improve the terms and conditions of employment of members of the security services bargaining units of the state of new YORK, to represent such employees in collective bargaining pursuant to article 14 of the civil service law of the state of new YORK and to achieve legislative gains and to otherwise bring together and promote the welfare of such employees.
