NYMC, LLC became the SOLE member of new YORK medical college on may 13, 2011 and lovelace biomedical research institute and lovelace scientific resources on JULY 5, 2022. The acquisition of these entities facilitates and accelerates the college's strategic growth, improves the quality of its educational offerings, expands research and development activities, and provides greater professional opportunities for its students. In addition, its single member LLC, trumada management LLC intends to (a) ACT as the sponsor and manager or general partner of ANY special purpose vehicle (SPV), (b) DEAL with ANY securities and other assets that trumada may receive from time to time from ANY SPV or otherwise, and (c) engage in ANY lawful ACT or activity for which a limited liability company may be organized under the LAWS of the state of delaware.
