SEMI is a not-for-profit organization formed to promote and support the global electronics supply chain. SEMI members consist of corporations, companies, firms, or organizations, or departments or subdivisions thereof, whose interest or corporate objective is in the global electronics supply chain provided that such entities shall not become voting members except UPON payment of such initiation FEES as may be determined by the board of directors.
