SEIU is a large international labor organization. It is first and foremost an association of workers who have joined together to protect and promote the interests of its members and ALL workers by bargaining collectively with their employers to secure better working conditions, wages and similar benefits. SEIU believes in and will fight for a just society where ALL workers are valued and people respected, where ALL families and communities thrive, and where we leave a better and more equal world for generations to come.
