Servicios de Salud Primarios de Barceloneta, Inc. D/B/A Atlantic Medical Center (the Organization), was incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico on May 27, 1986, to operate as a non-profit organization, and is a comprehensive primary care ambulatory, supplemental and environmental health services to the medically underserved residents in the Municipalities of Barceloneta, Arecibo, sector Sabana Hoyos, Puerto Rico.
