The corporation was formed for the purpose of operating a 67 unit project known as telacu LAS palmas located in the city of alhambra, california, which provides housing for very low-income elderly persons. The corporation receives housing assistance payments from the u.s. Department of housing and urban development pursuant to section 202 of the national housing ACT, as amended.
