The corporation was formed for the purpose of operating an 80 unit project known as telacu LAS brisas located in pomona, california, which provides housing for very low-income elderly persons . The corporation receives housing assistance payments from u.s. Department of housing and urban development, pursuant to section 202 of the national housing ACT, as amended.
