The society of industrial and office realtors (SIOR) of the national association of realtors is a professional association which maintains a designated certifying expertise in industrial and office real estate brokerage. The organization provides (continued on schedule o) education at its two annual conferences and provides a code of ethics to which its members subscribe. SIOR has over 4,000 members along with a presence in 50 countries.
