The TIRE recycling foundation (TRF) is a revitalized nonprofit committed to raising funds and distributing grants for research, education, intervention, and demonstration projects that address GAPS in u.s. TIRE recycling. TRF has shifted from an organization that primarily DID education to an organization that ACTS to change the way tires are managed. TRF will support the research and demonstration of emerging and growing END markets for recycled tires.
