The UAW FORD labor manangement committees trust fund is crafted for the purpose of providing and promoting career-enhancing opportunities of the UAW-represented FORD hourly employees under a collectively bargained agreement, on behalf of the united automobile, aerospace, and agricultural implement workers of america and FORD motor company, in compliance with the TAFT-hartley ACT.
