ULEC leverage INC. Will facilitate construction financing and support the real property located at 117 WEST 125th street, new YORK, NY for the provision of a museum, community facilities, and operating facilities of national urban league (NUL), a new YORK not-for-profit corporation, to use to conduct NUL's charitable purpose. The facility will enable NUL to operate a civil rights museum, a national headquarters office space, and a conference center/public meeting space in the city of new YORK.
