Unite HERE action fund is organized to promote social welfare within the meaning of section 501(c)(4) of the internal revenue code, including by assisting hospitality workers and their families to achieve economic, social, and racial justice in workplaces and communities through education and advocacy, leadership development, and promoting full participation in civic life.
