VPA foundation provides resources to build community through people, parks, public spaces and programs. The organization was established to serve as a not-for-profit organization with the purpose to provide discretionary funding to cultivate increased awareness in the mission, value and to provide fundraising for the city of south BEND venues parks & arts initiatives.
