Ben Shapiro is the best ever.
An NYPD detective gets stabbed TEN TIMES by two criminal illegal aliens, yet New York Democrats STILL defend their sanctuary madness. Jose Mercedes is a HERO. Thank God he survived. Enough is ENOUGH. https://t.co/bZlTCzt86V
We didn’t fight to secure our border just to open it again. We didn’t cut taxes just to raise them again. Republicans delivered real results. We've come too far to turn back now.
New York ignored 16,070 ICE detainers. Those detainers involved 52,503 criminal charges and convictions. Hochul keeps defending the sanctuary policies behind this madness. Abolish sanctuary cities.
And at least an attempt to wrongly prosecute nearly everyone associated with the President.
Medicare fraud puts seniors and honest home health providers at risk. Fraudulent billing can drain taxpayer dollars and distort Medicare payments, making it harder for legitimate agencies to provide care. I introduced legislation to stop fraud before Medicare pays the bill and protect seniors' access to care. https://t.co/lgMQHMf66N
No crime is too horrific for NY Democrats to put their anti-ICE, anti-police, anti-Trump agenda aside. They would rather attack law enforcement than help them protect Americans. Hochul’s sanctuary policies put politics before public safety. https://t.co/wH9uSHY0wo
Oswego, NY — Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-24) introduced the House companion to Senator Susan Collins' Medicare Home Health Payment Integrity and Protection Act, legislation to crack down on Medicare home health fraud, protect taxpayer dollars, and ensure seniors can continue receiving quality care in their own homes. Fraudulent Medicare claims can distort the data used to calculate payments to home health agencies, potentially reducing reimbursements for legitimate providers across the country. These concerns have grown as suspicious billing patterns and an unusually high concentration of home health agencies in Los Angeles County have drawn scrutiny. The Medicare Home Health Payment Integrity and Protection Act would strengthen provider screening, increase inspections of high-risk agencies, and give the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) additional tools to detect and prevent fraud before payments are made. The legislation would also address potentially distorted Medicare payment rates and require CMS to examine how fraudulent claims have affected reimbursements for legitimate home health providers. The legislation builds on Tenney's November 2025 letter to CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz urging the agency to investigate fraudulent billing practices, correct potentially distorted payment data, and prevent further harm to seniors and home health providers. In her letter, Tenney highlighted suspicious billing patterns in Los Angeles County, which accounted for nearly 10 percent of nationwide Medicare home health spending in 2024 despite representing only about 2 percent of traditional Medicare beneficiaries. She also raised concerns about access to care in NY-24, where Medicare home health utilization declined by 39 percent between 2018 and 2024. “Home health care is a lifeline for seniors who want to remain safe and independent in their own homes,” said Congresswoman Tenney. “Fraudulent providers are stealing taxpayer dollars, undermining Medicare, and putting legitimate home health agencies at risk. Seniors in Upstate and Western New York should not lose access to care because of fraudulent billing schemes across the country. Last November, I called on CMS to address this problem, and now I am joining Senator Collins to advance legislation that strengthens oversight, roots out fraud, and protects fair reimbursement for honest providers. We must protect Medicare for the seniors who depend on it and the taxpayers who fund it.” Read the full bill here.
Happy Birthday to the @USNavy! Since 1775, our Navy has defended our nation and served around the world. To our sailors, Navy veterans, and the families who stand beside them: thank you for your service, sacrifice, and commitment to our country. ⚓🇺🇸 https://t.co/dkPAOvAmro
Albany Democrats keep making it harder to live, work, and run a business in New York. That’s why President Trump’s tax cuts matter. Republicans delivered relief to help hardworking Americans keep more of what they earn despite Albany’s disastrous policies. https://t.co/oZJJIASdtq
Go Justin Murphy!
Blakeman crushed her. Hochul was petty, dishonest and defensive.
This Columbus Day, we honor Christopher Columbus’ daring voyage and the proud Italian American heritage his monuments represent in Syracuse and across our nation. Our history is imperfect, but tearing down statues will not change the past or build a better future. We should preserve our history, learn from both its triumphs and its tragedies, and carry forward America’s promise of liberty and opportunity. Don’t tear down Columbus. Build a better America.
Oswego, NY — Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-24) on Columbus Day, introduced a resolution supporting the preservation and protection of statues and monuments honoring Christopher Columbus, including the historic Columbus Monument in Syracuse, New York. Tenney’s resolution recognizes the historical and cultural significance of Columbus monuments and the communities that built and maintained them. The Columbus Monument in Syracuse was funded by working class Italian immigrants, many of whom faced discrimination and persecution, and was dedicated in 1934 as a testament to their heritage and contributions to the city. The resolution condemns efforts to remove the Syracuse monument, supports preserving Columbus statues and monuments for future generations, and reaffirms the importance of protecting American history as the United States celebrates the 250th anniversary of its founding. “History is our collective memory, and tearing down monuments does not change or erase the past,” said Congresswoman Tenney. “The Columbus Monument in Syracuse represents generations of hardworking Italian Americans who overcame discrimination, built strong communities, and made lasting contributions to our state and nation. Preserving our history does not mean ignoring its complexities or pretending that historical figures were perfect. It means understanding our past, learning from it, and ensuring future generations can do the same. As we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, we should preserve these important pieces of our shared history and continue building on the promise of our great nation.”
Behind every harvest are hardworking farmers and families who keep our communities fed and our agricultural traditions strong. This National Farmers Day, thank you to New York’s farmers for your dedication, resilience, and contributions to our local economy. We’re grateful for all you do. Today and every day. 🌾
Today, I introduced a resolution to preserve Columbus monuments, including Syracuse’s historic Columbus Monument. History is our collective memory. Tearing down monuments does not change the past. It only takes away our ability to understand it. https://t.co/t3LNhhbH7m

Sounds like my staff. Nearly all of my former staff have moved on to even greater achievements. Top law schools, top business schools; State Dept, Whitehouse and US Senate positions; FBI, Secret Service and other notable jobs. “Tenneyworld” is highly competent, fun and devoted to excellence!
They are in the tank with the Dems. Afraid to provide objective reporting or they may lose access to Dems in power as numerous NY journos have told me.
