Cleaning up Washington means holding politicians accountable - no matter their party. I’m working to drain the swamp by: ✅ Supporting a ban on congressional stock trading ✅ Voting to release the Epstein files ✅ Supporting term limits for members of Congress ✅ Voting to censure members who abuse their offices ✅ Fighting for the public release of congressional sexual harassment settlement records Washington needs more accountability and less business as usual. I’ll keep fighting for just that.

Keeping our kids safe online is our responsibility. The Take It Down Act, which I helped pass into law, requires online platforms to remove intimate images shared without permission, including fake images created with AI. This helps protect young people from exploitation and gives victims a way to take back control. Every child deserves to feel safe online, and I’ll always stand up for their safety and protection.

I voted to fully fund border security and protection. My Democrat opponent says he would have voted no. I stand with the men and women who enforce our laws. My opponent calls federal agents “thugs.” I support tougher laws like the Laken Riley Act to hold criminal illegal aliens accountable and remove them from our country. We need secure borders, support for law enforcement, and accountability—not excuses. A second border security post.

The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act is now law—the biggest federal housing reform in more than 30 years. I supported this bipartisan effort to increase housing supply, cut unnecessary red tape, and lower the cost of building homes. The law speeds up permitting, removes duplicative reviews, and helps local and rural banks provide more lending to families, small businesses, and farmers. More homes and fewer barriers will help make homeownership more attainable for Kansas families.

Kansas’ 2nd District is home to thousands of service members, military families, and communities that play a critical role in our national defense. On the House Armed Services Committee, I’m fighting to make sure they have a strong voice in Congress—from supporting our service members to strengthening the installations and communities they call home. Kansas stands behind our military, and so do I.

Serving in Congress is about more than casting votes in Washington—it’s about delivering for the communities I represent. We’ve secured nearly $44 million in federal investments across Kansas’ 2nd District for healthcare, water systems, transportation, education, public safety, and economic development. I’ll keep fighting to make sure our Kansas communities have a strong voice in Washington and the resources to meet real local needs.

Getting things done in Washington means working with anyone who has a good idea. I’ve worked across the aisle to protect Kansan farmers and ranchers, support people with disabilities, strengthen small businesses, combat scams, and support our veterans and military families. We won’t agree on everything. But where we can find common ground, Kansans expect us to get to work together and deliver results.

Everywhere I travel across Kansas’ 2nd Congressional District, Kansans tell me the same thing: we need more modern housing at prices families can afford. From Kansas City and Topeka to Southeast Kansas, the Flint Hills, and communities around Fort Leavenworth and Fort Riley, housing is a critical issue. That’s why I proudly supported the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, the most comprehensive federal housing legislation in 30 years. It cuts red tape and streamlines programs to help communities build more housing. We don’t need more government programs—we need to make the ones we have work better.

Every day, Kansas law enforcement officers put themselves in harm’s way to keep our families and communities safe. I’ve been proud to stand with the men and women who wear the badge throughout my time in public service, and I’m honored to once again have the support of the Kansas Fraternal Order of Police. In Congress, I’ll continue working to give law enforcement the tools and resources they need, protect those who protect us, and keep Kansas communities safe.”

Kansas parents need access to safe, quality child care—and they need it at a price they can afford. We’re delivering results: - $2,200 per child in a permanent, inflation-indexed child care tax credit. - More incentives for businesses to provide child care for employees. - Better incentives for employers to offer paid family and medical leave when a child is born. I supported and voted for these reforms because Kansas families need solutions—not excuses.

Small businesses are the backbone of eastern Kansas: family farms, main street shops, local contractors who keep our communities running. @NFIB fights for them every day, and I'm proud to have their endorsement. In Congress, I'll keep working to cut taxes, slash red tape, and get Washington off the backs of Kansas job creators.

With daily life so expensive, Kansans don’t need Washington taking more of their hard-earned money. It’s your money. You earned it. You should keep more of it. That’s why I voted to stop the biggest federal income tax increase in U.S. history—one that was set to hit hard-working Kansas families, small businesses, seniors, and farms this year. We stopped it cold.
