A courthouse built more than 110 years ago deserves an upgrade for the next 100. Great to visit the Graham County Courthouse and see firsthand how the $2M in funding I’m advocating for would help modernize this historic landmark and better serve the needs of rural Arizona today! https://t.co/fGpU7Wlj45
Same district. Two very different records on public safety. JUAN CISCOMANI: only candidate in AZ06 race endorsed by law enforcement, delivered millions to equip local police departments, and passed officer-safety legislation through the House. JOANNA MENDOZA: endorsed by radical soft-on-crime Tucson Mayor Regina Romero, backed by defund-the-police groups, and supports "reallocating" police funding. The choice is CLEAR. I am committed to always fighting for the men and women who wear the uniform.
PROUD to have worked across the aisle to build bridges and deliver REAL RESULTS for AZ06. I’ll work with anyone, regardless of party, when it means getting things done for Arizona while standing up for the commonsense principles that reflect the fabric of our community 💪 https://t.co/avBnAu7wjm
After nearly TWO DECADES without a new copper source coming online in the U.S., Pinal County is leading in our domestic mining resurgence! Grateful to join so many great local leaders to celebrate this major WIN for Southern Arizona, one that will create hundreds of high-quality jobs and boost our local economy 💪

Tucson, AZ - Representative Juan Ciscomani has been recognized as an American Energy Champion by the American Energy Alliance (AEA), achieving a perfect 100% score on the AEA’s American Energy Scorecard for the 119th Congress. "Arizona thrives when we embrace an all-of-the-above energy approach that strengthens domestic production and keeps our energy supply reliable and affordable," said Rep. Ciscomani. "I'm honored to receive the American Energy Champion Award from the American Energy Alliance in recognition of my voting record supporting American energy. As the most bipartisan member of Arizona’s congressional delegation, I believe in working across the aisle to advance practical energy solutions that strengthen our infrastructure, protect consumer choice, and deliver results for Arizonans." He has been a steadfast advocate of an all-of-the-above energy approach, consistently supporting efforts to strengthen domestic energy production, enhance grid reliability, and protect consumer choice. In addition, Ciscomani has championed critical investments in Southern Arizona’s energy infrastructure and helped advance policies that preserve local consumers' energy options. The American Energy Alliance recognizes lawmakers who champion affordable, reliable energy, consumer choice, and market-driven policies. "Energy is fundamental to our prosperity as a country, as individuals, families, and businesses, and energy policy can have real consequences. Never has the discussion of affordable, reliable energy been more important or more prevalent than it is now. As we approach elections this year, voters deserve factual information about what their elected officials are doing to ensure America’s energy security, keep energy prices down, and ensure grid reliability. The Scorecard gives constituents the opportunity to look beyond speeches and political rhetoric and evaluate lawmakers based on their actions. The American Energy Alliance applauds this year’s energy champions and thanks them for their leadership in prioritizing American energy," said AEA President Thomas Pyle. Earlier this year, Representative Ciscomani played a pivotal role in securing nearly $700 million in federal support to modernize coal generation assets nationwide, a move that bolstered grid reliability and safeguarded energy access. Notably, the Arizona Electric Power Cooperative (AEPCO), operator of the Apache Generating Station, located approximately 80 miles east of Tucson, was awarded $20,826,000 through the U.S. Department of Energy. The Apache Generating Station remains a critical source of electricity for Cochise County, delivering power to homes, schools, hospitals, and businesses in Willcox, Benson, and rural communities across Arizona’s Sixth Congressional District. In Congress, Representative Ciscomani is also a proud cosponsor of the Energy Choice Act (H.R. 3699), legislation that would prohibit state and local governments from restricting the connection, modification, or expansion of energy services based on the type or source of energy delivered. The bipartisan effort aims to further protect consumer choice and prevent unnecessary government interference in energy decisions for local households and businesses across Arizona. Representative Ciscomani also cosponsors the bipartisan Streamlining Home Installation of New Energies (SHINE) Act (H.R. 6981), legislation that would make local permitting for residential solar and other home energy systems more streamlined and affordable. ###
A special moment on Friday for the unveiling of “Spirit of Tucson” — an incredible watercolor painting by Frances of Quail Creek. An immigrant whose family fled communist China, she is living her American Dream right here in AZ06 and it was a privilege to see her incredible talents displayed. Thank you, Frances!
As National Fire Prevention Week comes to a close, we recognize the brave firefighters who step up when emergency strikes. I’m fighting to deliver $1.3 million in federal funding for a new quint ladder truck in Huachuca City, equipping local firefighters with the BEST resources for AZ-06💪

Tucson, AZ - Representative Juan Ciscomani wrapped up a successful district work week focused on visiting several Community Project Funding (CPF) locations and celebrating the accomplishments of organizations throughout Arizona’s Sixth Congressional District. "District work weeks provide me with the ability to connect with constituents, hear their needs and priorities, and discuss how I am fighting for them in Washington. From joining leadership at Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center to discuss funding for a new mammography unit, to meeting with Mayor Lisa Fitzgibbons about funding for improvements at Burris Road-Peters Road, this week included several great opportunities to share how I am fighting to deliver results for Southern Arizona," said Rep. Ciscomani. "I also had the privilege of joining Albers Aerospace, Florence Copper, the Casa Grande Rotary Club, and Pima JTED to celebrate each of their achievements and the ways they help move Southern Arizona forward. I am proud to partner with organizations like these to advocate for and advance Arizona’s unique priorities." As the only appropriator from Arizona in both the House and Senate, Representative Ciscomani is working to secure over $42 million across 20 projects across AZ-06 through the 2027 Appropriations process. As part of this district work week, the congressman visited five of these projects to discuss with local leadership the critical impacts these federal investments will have on their communities. Ciscomani visited four projects in Graham County, which will support key needs for local communities: $3 million for the reconstruction and widening of 1st Avenue Road in Thatcher, improving a critical local roadway and improving travel safety and efficiency. $2 million for modernization and improvements to the Graham County Courthouse in Safford, to ensure it can continue meeting the needs of the county’s residents. $650,000 for Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center to purchase a new mammography unit, bringing advanced breast cancer screening and diagnostic services closer to home for rural patients. $650,000 for teacher housing at Fort Thomas Unified School District, helping provide more affordable housing options for educators while strengthening the district’s ability to recruit and retain teachers in the local community. Read more about the Graham County CPF sites HERE, HERE, and HERE. Ciscomani also visited a project in Pinal County, which will support infrastructure needs throughout Casa Grande: $2.7 million for improvements at the intersections of Burris Road & Highway 84 and Burris Road & Peters Road, improving safety and ease of travel at critical transportation points. While in Casa Grande, Ciscomani attended the 5th Annual Casa Grande Oktoberfest to celebrate the Casa Grande Rotary Club’s 100th anniversary and recognize the organization’s lasting impact on the community. In its century of service, the Casa Grande Rotary Club has accomplished. To conclude this week's CPF visits, Rep. Ciscomani visited the Sahuarita Police Department joined by Rep. Nathaniel Moran of Texas, to discuss a project that will deliver vital support for the department's needs: $2 million for the Sahuarita Police Department's purchase of a critical solar battery backup system to strengthen the facility's operations. "At the local level you can make such a huge difference, but you've got to have a partner in Washington, D.C. that's willing to work with you, listen to good ideas, and then actually fight to make it happen," said Rep. Moran. "Nobody outworks Juan Ciscomani in Washington, D.C. I guarantee it." Rep. Ciscomani also joined with leadership at two critical organizations which represent the best of Arizona. Albers Aerospace marked the opening of their Tucson location with a ribbon cutting, which Rep. Ciscomani was proud to take part in. The company’s expansion to Tucson strengthens and advances Southern Arizona’s defense and aerospace manufacturing sector, bringing in new jobs while aiding national security. Read more about the event HERE. Rep. Ciscomani also joined Florence Copper leadership and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin to commemorate the operation’s success in domestic copper production. Florence Copper is the first new source of copper in the United States in nearly two decades and represents Arizona’s commitment to domestic copper production and critical mineral supply. To round out the week, Ciscomani joined the Pima JTED community for a beam signing ceremony at the new Pima JTED Innovation Learning Center. I am proud to have championed $2.7 million in federal funding for the construction of this center and look forward to how it will impact students for decades to come. As Ciscomani continues the October district work period, he remains committed to partnering with local leaders and organizations across Southern Arizona to deliver real results for Arizona’s Sixth District. ###
$2 MILLION for Sahuarita! 🚔🇺🇸 Great to visit the Sahuarita Police Department with my good friends Mayor Murphy and @RepNateMoran to see firsthand how this investment I’m fighting for in Congress will strengthen communication technology and equip our officers with the BEST resources possible to keep our community safe! #BackTheBlue
JoAnna Mendoza tries to fool voters about who she is. Two days after our debate, she shows her true colors: “And I swear, if I start telling you that I am the most bipartisan member, please slap me.” AZ06 demands and deserves representation that works across the aisle. And as the most bipartisan member of Arizona, I know what it takes.
An effort more than a decade in the making is now just one signature away! Others have worked for years to get this across the finish line, and I’m proud to say we are getting it done. Southern Arizona, get ready to welcome our second national park to AZ-06! 🏜️ https://t.co/6bf9eEFgG1
Graham County deserves a fighter in Congress who will go to bat for them. PROUD to be advocating to bring $6.3M back to Graham County for local projects that come from ideas brought directly to me by Arizonans who know their communities and will have the greatest impact 💪 https://t.co/3xRnZwpUoZ
Congratulations to my good friend Sandra Watson on being named Woman of the Year! I had the privilege of working with Sandra during our time in the Ducey Administration and saw firsthand her dedication to growing Arizona’s economy and moving our local communities forward. So well deserved, Sandra! https://t.co/sj0IoENEQI
Great to be back in Graham County, as always to hear firsthand the impact of the $650,000 I’m fighting to bring home to Fort Thomas Unified School District. This investment would help better support our teachers creating a ripple effect that will benefit the Graham County community for generations to come 🏫
