Had a great time at the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber’s Fall Festival and Car Show at Jefferson Valley Mall. It was great to see so many local businesses, families, and community members come together to celebrate everything our Hudson Valley has to offer. Thank you to the Chamber and everyone who helped make this event possible!

I’m proud to have the endorsement of the International Union of Elevator Constructors. Their members bring skill and dedication to keeping our buildings safe and accessible. I’m grateful for their support and will continue fighting for good paying jobs, strong unions, and the working families who keep our communities moving.

“Mike fought tirelessly on this issue and delivered big for us. When the Senate’s draft of the big tax bill came out last summer with the old $10,000 cap put back in, Mike Lawler called it dead on arrival and said he would not accept a penny less than the $40,000 the House had negotiated. He and a handful of other Republicans held their votes to make sure the cap was quadrupled from the onerous $10,000.” - Lisa Vaga of Somers, NY.

In New York, electricity rates are set by the Public Service Commission, not Washington. Since 2019, your electric bills have risen 58% with their approval. Cuomo shut down Indian Point for politics, eliminating more than 2,000 megawatts of clean, reliable power. Now, Kathy Hochul admits New York needs nuclear energy. New York needs reliable, affordable, and clean power. That’s why I believe we should rebuild and reopen Indian Point while expanding natural gas production and renewables. Albany cut our energy supply. I’m fighting to turn it back on.

23 days until Election Day! I’ve been recognized as one of the most effective and bipartisan members of Congress, with 17 bills signed into law in just four years. My office has closed more than 10,000 constituent cases and brought back over $120 million to the Hudson Valley. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished, but there’s still more work to do. I’ll keep fighting every day to deliver real results and put the people of the Hudson Valley first. Early voting starts October 24th, and Election Day is November 3rd. I hope I can count on your support!

It was a great day for a rally in Mahopac honoring our veterans and recognizing the sacrifices they and their families have made for our country. We owe our veterans a debt of gratitude that can never fully be repaid, and we must always make sure they know their service and sacrifice are never forgotten. Thank you to everyone who came out to show their support for the men and women who have served our nation.

Since the tragic loss of her daughter Melanie in 2022, Cheryl has turned unimaginable heartbreak into a mission to protect other families and prevent them from experiencing the same tragedy. It was especially meaningful to join the Melanie Chianese Foundation, survivors, advocates, community organizations, and law enforcement in the Town of Wappinger for a special Community Day for Domestic Violence Awareness to support victims of domestic violence and their families. Cheryl’s tireless advocacy helped make Melanie’s Law a reality in New York, expanding protections for vulnerable family and household members. I’m proud to support bringing those same protections to families nationwide through federal legislation.

Cait Conley was caught red-handed lying about data center development in the Hudson Valley. LoHud called her out for it, and her own supporters are responsible for developing data centers in Orangeburg! Cait Conley will say anything to get elected and deflect from the nearly $330,000 salary she receives from AI big tech companies.

I visited New York Medical College to highlight the important work being done to prepare first responders, medical professionals, and our military to respond to emergencies ranging from natural disasters and mass-casualty events to battlefield injuries. I was proud to help secure $10 million through a Department of Defense Investment earlier this year to support this work and will continue to support the partnership with the Uniformed Services University, New York Medical College, and Touro University to advance battlefield medicine and strengthen our ability to respond to emergencies here at home.

I had a great discussion with EMS professionals from across the Hudson Valley at Westchester Community College. I appreciated the opportunity to hear directly from those on the front lines about the challenges they face and the issues that matter most to them. I’ll continue working to support our first responders, strengthen our emergency services, and ensure our EMS professionals have the resources they need to keep our communities safe.
