Our conversation only deepened my gratitude for these hardworking Minnesotans who keep food on America’s tables. Farmers across Northern Minnesota are dealing with the consequences of a booming gray wolf population. And because gray wolves remain on the Endangered Species List, there is nothing they can do to protect their herds. I am happy to see the Trump Administration continue to take steps to assist farmers and protect livestock from wolf predation.
