Great to join PA Inclusive for its Harvest Dinner and celebrate the important work they do to create opportunities, build independence, and make NEPA a more inclusive place to live and work. Congratulations to all of this year’s award recipients! https://t.co/HNtDS8dNC6
Jimmy’s Quick Lunch on a Tuesday? Count me in! 🌭 https://t.co/x3zQyCpfli
Paige claims she doesn’t take corporate PAC money, but she’s taken thousands from PACs filled with it. She’s looking out for the Democratic machine, not NEPA. https://t.co/S3YWGvMxVl
Our Director of Outreach, Leo, joined Enhanced Hearing Specialists for their ribbon cutting as the Cillo family celebrated new ownership of the Dickson City practice. It’s great to see a Pennsylvania family come home, invest in our community, and continue serving families across NEPA. Welcome home, Cillo family!
🚨3 Weeks until Election Day! If you’re voting by mail, make sure you return your ballot ASAP. Thank you for your support! 🇺🇸 https://t.co/R2ZnOaPzHo

Limousine Liberal Paige Cognetti doesn’t stand for the values the democratic party used to represent. Disarming the police and raising taxes on working families is just crazy. Join our team at https://t.co/Kc7flFbOT3! https://t.co/xBK6a2L1JI
This Columbus Day we celebrate and honor Italian heritage and the contributions Italian-Americans have made to our nation. 🇮🇹 https://t.co/tKH1pL8OfN
I’m proud of NEPA’s Italian Heritage and will always honor it. 🇮🇹🇺🇸 https://t.co/leuffkNaQx
Pilots and air traffic controllers work together every day to keep our skies safe, but very few see their partner’s side of the job. I co-led the FLIGHT DECK Act to give controllers a view into the cockpit, helping pilots and controllers better understand each other’s responsibilities. When both sides can see the full picture, our entire aviation system is safer. https://t.co/cqRwadNL17
Today, we celebrate Columbus Day and recognize the contributions of Italian Americans who have helped shape our nation. Christopher Columbus’s 1492 voyage remains a significant chapter in history, and this day is an opportunity to honor Italian American heritage, culture, and the generations who have strengthened our communities and our country.
Why doesn’t Paige Cognetti have the support of a single law enforcement organization? See below ⬇️ https://t.co/m3YTNtcBq4
A Philadelphia police officer was ambushed and killed simply for wearing the badge and answering the call. Another officer was shot and critically wounded. These men put their lives on the line to protect the public, and one of them paid the ultimate price. My prayers are with the fallen officer’s family, the wounded officer and his family, and the entire Philadelphia Police Department. We must never forget the sacrifice our law enforcement officers make to keep our communities safe.
10,000 reasons Paige Cognetti is a liar. https://t.co/4cq0GMoWB7
🚨Capitol Hill Cognetti is already being supported by the Swamp! She’s for them. I’m for you. https://t.co/5PZibaieZW
An execution shouldn’t be a live-streamed spectacle. The focus should be on justice for the victims and their families, not turning an execution into entertainment. Their pain deserves respect, not a public show.
Why hasn’t Mayor Paige Cognetti used her position to protect Scranton from data centers? I took action. I introduced a bill to put data center decisions in local hands. The choice is clear this November. https://t.co/ozdwMpozfg
Excited to see Exeter Commons get underway. Wawa is just the beginning. This development will bring new businesses, jobs, and opportunities to Exeter while giving local families more places to shop, work, and spend time together. That’s the kind of responsible growth we need across Northeastern Pennsylvania. Congratulations to everyone who helped make this project happen!
Hillary. Wall Street. Biden. Kamala. The names change, but Paige Cognetti’s past proves she is the Machine. Take a look at her timeline. ➡️ https://t.co/GB5jxftCWV
Thank you to the Hazleton City Firefighters IAFF Local 507 for your support and trust. You show up for our community every day, and I’ll keep showing up for you. https://t.co/uvqj9X5FW4
Together, we delivered one of the largest tax cuts in American history, no tax on tips and overtime, and gave seniors a $6,000 tax deduction. I was proud to welcome US House Speaker Mike Johnson to a packed room in Hazleton last night! https://t.co/0vEJZ2uooW
Paige, you’ve had a lot to say about stocks. So let’s hear about yours. What aren’t you telling us? https://t.co/lXjYk3Laze
TANNERSVILLE, PA: Today, U.S. Representative Rob Bresnahan, Jr. (PA-08) joined realtors, developers, educators, and community leaders for a roundtable covering housing priorities in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The group discussed the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, which became law earlier this year, as well as local leaders’ ideas for improving housing access and affordability. “Families across Northeastern Pennsylvania are working hard to afford a home, but too many are finding that the cost of buying or renting is out of reach,” said Rep. Bresnahan. “We need to build more homes, but unnecessary barriers that drive up costs, and make sure working families aren’t being pushed aside by massive investment firms buying up housing. The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act takes important steps in that direction by expanding housing supply and giving families a fairer shot at a finding a place they can call home.” Rep. Bresnahan was joined by: Chris Barrett, Pocono Mountain Visitors Bureau President & CEO Chris Fahy, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors NEPA Region Government Affairs Christine Wilkins, Pocono Mountain Association of Realtors Board Member and Realtor at Wilkins & Associates Tiffanie Bailey Romey, Pocono Mountain Association of Realtors Realtor and Board President and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Vice President Will Clauss, Realtor at Chant Real Estate Terry Soloman-August, Realtor, Luzerne County Association of Realtors Past President Robin Mediros, Realtor and Greater Scranton Board of Realtors Past President Erin Ward, Associate Dean for Student Services at Northampton Community College, Monroe Campus Lori Rudalavage, Vice President for Lending at PS Bank Jerrod Belvin, Empire Development Group General Manager Tom Campbell, Pocono United Way Vice President and Community Development of the Poconos Executive Director During the roundtable, local housing leaders shared their experiences and perspectives on the barriers facing homebuyers, renters, developers, and communities across the region. Participants discussed the need to expand housing supply, streamline unnecessary zoning and permitting barriers, encourage new development, and make better use of existing building and public land. Rep. Bresnahan discussed his support for the bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, which takes a comprehensive approach to addressing the nation’s housing challenges. The legislation increases housing supply, streamlines zoning and permitting, expands affordable housing construction, supports critical repairs for homeowners, and strengthens rental assistance programs. The legislation also addresses concerns about large institutional investors competing with families for newly built single-family homes. Under the bill, institutional investors that own 350 or more single-family homes are restricted from purchasing additional newly built single-family homes, helping ensure families have a fair opportunity to compete for homeownership. ###
Three years later, we remember the innocent lives taken on October 7th. Hamas deliberately targeted civilians, murdered families, and took hostages. There is no justification for that kind of evil. Today, we mourn the victims, stand with their families, reject antisemitism, and reaffirm our commitment to standing with Israel.
Housing costs are putting real pressure on families across Northeastern Pennsylvania. We brought local realtors, developers, educators, and housing leaders together to hear what they’re seeing on the ground and what Congress can do to make housing more affordable. We need to build more homes, cut unnecessary barriers, and make sure working families have a fair shot at owning a home.
