Is anyone surprised that hardworking American families have been footing the bill for Trump’s tariffs? You can thank Trump for the higher prices you’re paying on almost everything. https://t.co/ZEOVbqwgwl

Proud to work with @SenCortezMasto to secure over $2.4 million in funding for @LVMPD, @NVStatePolice, and @Cityofhenderson Police, which will be used to improve response efforts and modernize equipment and training technology. It’s critical that our law enforcement officers have the equipment, training, and resources to meet the needs of our communities, and I’ll always support them in any way I can.

The Trump Admin decided to let $232 million in federal funding expire, shortchanging funding set aside to help families in rural communities buy homes. This funding would have helped families get the financing they need to afford a home they can call their own. It's shameful that the Trump Admin would rather sit on their hands than address the housing crisis for Nevada families who need support the most.

Nevadans are tired of watching Donald Trump, his family, and other administration officials cash in rather than serve the American people. When the government takes equity stakes in private companies, those investments should work for taxpayers, not the well-connected few. That's why I introduced a resolution to make clear that officials and their families should not profit from these deals. The American people should come first, not Trump's family.

This is the second year in a row that health care will become more expensive for Nevadans who buy their insurance on the Marketplace due to Washington Republicans’ refusal to work with Democrats to extend the ACA’s enhanced premium tax credits. We need a bipartisan solution to address this health care crisis so you can afford the care you need.

Rosen, Colleagues Introduce Bipartisan Bill to Establish Federal Strategy on Critical Minerals

WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Senators Jacky Rosen (D-NV), John Hickenlooper (D-NV), Thom Tillis (R-NC), Tim Sheehy (R-MT), and Kevin Cramer (R-ND) introduced a bipartisan bill to establish a federal strategy on critical minerals. The National Critical Minerals Council Act would establish a National Critical Minerals Council to develop and implement a national strategy on critical minerals and build reliable supply chains at home and abroad. Critical minerals play a key role in powering the majority of modern technological innovations, including vehicles, smartphones, and defense systems. However, China dominates the global market, with the U.S. being 100% reliant on imports for 16 key critical minerals. “As the world races to acquire and leverage the critical minerals that power the modern economy, the United States needs an efficient and effective plan to secure these important resources,” said Senator Rosen. “I am proud to help introduce this bipartisan bill to ensure the United States has the infrastructure it needs to secure critical minerals and remain at the forefront of modern development.”

Las Vegas is seeing some of the highest gas prices in the nation, and when Nevadans have to pay more at the gas pump, that means they have to cut back their spending on everything else. Trump’s war in Iran is affecting ALL Nevadans, and it needs to end. https://t.co/qhvlKuEvYW

When @SenatorLankford and I founded the first-ever Senate Bipartisan Task Force for Combating Antisemitism, we made it our goal to bring the fight against antisemitism and Holocaust denial to the forefront of the national agenda. Through legislation, engagements with Administrations of both parties, and active discussions with high-ranking officials both at home and abroad, we’ve reached across the aisle and pushed for real change and protections for Jewish communities around the world. It was truly an honor to be recognized by @ADL for our work with the Levenson Family Defender of Democracy award. I promise to keep working to ensure that Jewish communities everywhere can live without fear.

Rosen Helps Introduce Bill to Strengthen Critical Minerals Supply Chain

WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) helped introduce legislation to strengthen the United States’ supply chain for critical minerals. The Critical Mineral Executive Coordination Act would improve diplomatic training and executive branch coordination, creating a more comprehensive strategy for the acquisition of these important minerals and addressing vulnerabilities in global critical mineral supply chains. Critical minerals and rare earth metals play a key role in most modern technology. “With the People’s Republic of China controlling global critical minerals supply chains, the United States needs a durable strategy to secure reliable access to the resources that power our modern economy,” said Senator Rosen. “I am proud to help introduce this bipartisan bill to make sure our government has the training, skill, and supply chains necessary to maintain and grow the United States’ critical mineral leadership and ensure we’re not just playing catch-up to China.” Senator Rosen has worked to solidify U.S. global leadership in critical minerals and rare earth elements. Earlier this year, she introduced bipartisan legislation to strengthen American STEM education and build a workforce pipeline to support the growing domestic critical mineral mining industry through the creation of a mining Fulbright exchange program. Senator Rosen has also worked to promote responsible hardrock mining practices in Nevada and around the world. In February, Senator Rosen’s bill to combat illicit gold mining in the Western Hemisphere passed out of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Last Congress, Senator Rosen helped secure a provision in the bipartisan CHIPS and Science Act to grow the next generation of mining engineers, promote the use of critical minerals, and develop a secure and reliable supply chain. ###

It’s been an inspiration to work alongside him to finally get these veterans the benefits they deserve. Read Dave Crete’s latest op-ed: https://t.co/kM2axX01vB

Less than a month ago, Donald Trump signed our bill to sanction Russia and hold purchasers of Russian oil and gas accountable for funding Russia’s unprovoked, brutal war in Ukraine. Now he wants the United States to partner with Vladimir Putin and make us dependent on Russia for diesel? Just another way Trump is making us weaker.

This isn't the first time, or even the second time, that new revelations have come out about Mike Collins' ties to antisemitic and white nationalist figures. If these are the type of people that Collins' campaign is engaging with, he can't be trusted in the U.S. Senate. Voters must reelect @ossoff.

Last year, Congressional Republicans refused to work with Democrats to extend the Affordable Care Act’s enhanced premium tax credits that help make health insurance affordable, driving up premium costs for those who buy their insurance on the Marketplace. But this was just the beginning. As we enter open enrollment season, ALL Americans will pay HIGHER health care costs each month, regardless of where you get your insurance. Remember: this health care crisis was 100% avoidable.

Latina women are the backbone of Nevada’s economy, but they’re still paid an average of only 53 cents for every dollar earned by white, non-Hispanic men. Equal pay for equal work is LONG overdue. As we recognize Latina Equal Pay Day, I’ll keep fighting until every woman is paid fairly.

Anyone wondering why Jewish Americans are afraid needs to look no further than the comments on posts from any Jewish public figure or even, sadly, synagogues. I'm appalled by the hate directed towards Temple Sinai in Las Vegas on a nonpolitical post about a time of joy and reflection for Jewish families. Sadly, rhetoric like this has become all too common. What starts online can manifest into real-world violence, which is why I'm pushing for synagogues across the country to have the resources they need to keep congregations safe. https://t.co/bIDJeyeHxA
