The world of “women’s sports” has lost its mind. I’m grateful @sophaller is willing to fight for the truth.
Truly sobering numbers here about America’s debt situation. One thing ought to be clear to everybody: We are NOT going to tax and spend our way out of this problem. The only way we’re ever going to turn things around is to balance the budget and get out of the American people’s way to grow the economy. Anybody telling you different is selling you a recipe for disaster. https://t.co/BNBLXA74Sy
At Dewey Destin’s with @PatronisFL and @OCSOALERTS Eric Aden assessing the damages. Floridians are tough and we will rebuild and recover. https://t.co/jCS3d2a2Bo
Then why did it take him SO LONG to deny any ties? And does this mean he gave the money back?! That in itself should be disqualifying. https://t.co/eRPHT0J02S
This morning, I went to @OkaloosaCounty Emergency Operations Center with @PatronisFL for a briefing from Emergency Management Director Pat Maddox and @OCSOALERTS Eric Aden. I’m thankful for their work to help Florida families. Hurricane Isaias hit this area hard, but Floridians are stronger. We will rebuild and recover.
Heartbreaking news this morning. Anne and I are praying for Agent Kevin Morris’ family and the entire Brevard County Sheriff’s Office as they mourn this tragic loss.
Floodwaters are deadly, and you never know how deep and fast the water is. If you see standing water: turn around, don’t drown!
This is disgusting. Democrats will stop at nothing to justify men in women’s sports. Thank you, @Riley_Gaines_, for fighting for the TRUTH and protecting female athletes!
Thank you to the incredible line workers across the country who are working tirelessly to restore power! We are grateful for their dedication, hard work, and commitment to helping Floridians recover from Hurricane Isaias.
Thank you @POTUS for standing with Floridians impacted by this storm. As recovery begins, the federal government will be fully behind the State of Florida so we can fully recover and rebuild. My office stands ready to assist those who need help with the process ⬇️ https://t.co/jDO8SBtKC8
Although the worst of Hurricane Isaias has passed, the danger is not over. Continue following local guidance and use caution as you begin to clean up and return home. Keep these important post-storm safety tips in mind to protect yourself, your family, and your community ⬇️ https://t.co/es1dhnyboL
Thank you @FLGuard for moving swiftly to help those impacted by the storm. I’m grateful to all of our first responders, military personnel, and utility workers who hit the ground early this morning clearing debris, assessing the damages, and helping the Panhandle recover.
Bad mayors don't make good governors.
🚨 THINGS TO KNOW: As Floridians recover from Hurricane Isaias, my team is standing by to help those impacted get the resources they need. Don’t hesitate to reach out to my office if you need help with a federal agency. ⬇️ https://t.co/iAtvHcC5Tw

Today’s your last chance. Take action to keep you and your family safe. Isaias is a HUGE storm with life-threatening storm surge up to 7 FEET. If you are in an evacuation area, get OUT! Don’t risk your life.
‼️ The Panhandle is starting to see the severe weather that comes with Hurricane Isaias. Take a moment and MAKE SURE you have access to these lifesaving weather alerts. STAY SAFE, FLORIDA!
Mike Ditka was an incredible player, coach and an even better man. Anne and I are praying for his family and all those he touched throughout his life. He was a legend, and he will be missed. https://t.co/NoYkDtNSmx
Hurricane Isaias is ALMOST HERE, and so are the strong winds and waters that come with it. Storm surge and floodwater WILL KILL YOU. Strong winds are DEADLY. BE CAREFUL. LISTEN TO LOCAL OFFICIALS. DO NOT GO OUTSIDE. This storm is a big one. We will get through this, but we need you to BE SAFE.
Floridians are tough. We’re facing the worst of Isaias right now, but we’re prepared and ready to respond. Right now, people just need to STAY SAFE! I spoke with @POTUS this week, and he’s committed to helping too. We will rebuild and recover together. https://t.co/fLWTqieGgJ
Just a surreal moment. If a member of the American Armed Forces got dropped into Iran and Israel, which country is more likely to try to kill them? This isn't a hard question, and it’s sad that a U.S. Senate candidate can’t see the difference.
NAPLES, Fla. – Today, U.S. Senators Rick Scott and Ashley Moody sent a letter to President Donald Trump requesting his immediate approval of the State of Florida’s request for a pre-landfall emergency declaration for 27 Florida counties ahead of Hurricane Isaias’s expected landfall along the Gulf Coast tonight. Hurricane Isaias is now a major category 3 hurricane, bringing severe weather and life-threatening storm surges to communities throughout the Florida Panhandle. Senator Scott received a briefing yesterday at the Port of Pensacola from local and state leaders, law enforcement, and emergency management officials in Pensacola ahead of Hurricane Isaias’s anticipated landfall. He continues to receive daily briefings from the National Hurricane Center on Hurricane Isaias, and spoke to President Trump on Wednesday, October 7, about the federal response to this storm. Read the full letter HERE or below: Dear Mr. President: We write in support of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s request for a pre-landfall emergency declaration covering 27 Florida counties in preparation for Hurricane Isaias, which has strengthened into a major hurricane and is expected to make landfall along Florida’s western Panhandle this evening. Hurricane Isaias poses a serious threat to Florida communities, with life-threatening storm surge, destructive winds, heavy rainfall, and flooding expected across the affected region. With landfall imminent, timely federal assistance is critical to supporting state and local emergency response efforts and protecting Floridians, their property, and their communities. We urge you to promptly approve Governor DeSantis’s request for a pre-landfall emergency declaration to ensure Florida has access to the federal resources necessary to prepare for and respond to this dangerous storm. Thank you for your prompt attention to this urgent matter and for your continued support of Florida. Sincerely, Senator Scott encourages all Floridians to visit his website at www.rickscott.senate.gov/hurricane-preparedness to get prepared today. See the latest on Hurricane Isaias from the National Hurricane Center at nhc.noaa.gov or @NHC_Atlantic on X, formerly known as Twitter, and from the Florida Division of Emergency Management at floridadisaster.org or @FLSERT. Additionally, Senator Scott encourages those recovering from previous hurricanes who need assistance with a federal agency, including FEMA and the SBA, or any other federal issue to contact his office at www.rickscott.senate.gov/contact/casework. ###
