Kimberly Remak is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 7 since January 2024. She announced her candidacy in early 2023 and won the Republican primary that August with 50.1 percent of the vote, defeating James Goodkind, before going on to defeat Democrat Gail Baptist Lyons in the general election. Remak had previously run for the same seat in 2019, earning an endorsement from Governor Phil Bryant, but lost the Republican primary to Steve Hopkins.
