HB 1279 - AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 57-60-02, 57-60-02.1, 57-60-02.2, 57-60-14, and 57-61-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a partial exemption from the coal conversion facilities tax and the imposition of a lignite research tax, allocation of the coal conversion facilities privilege tax and the lignite research tax, and an exemption from the coal severance tax; to repeal section 57-60-02.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the exemption from the coal conversion facilities tax and the imposition of a lignite research tax; to provide an effective date; to provide a contingent effective date; and to provide an expiration date.

HB 1579 - AN ACT to provide for a legislative management study relating to the impact of large energy consumers on the state's electrical grid.

HB 1476 - AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 15.1-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the assessment of all public school buildings.

HB 1592 - AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 54-17.5-01, 54-17.5-02, 54-17.5-03, 54-17.5-04, and 54-17.5-06 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the appointments, operations, and powers of the lignite research council, the powers of the industrial commission, and public record exemptions.

HB 1422 - AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 39-06-42, 39-06.1-06, and 39-06.1-09 and paragraph 23 of subdivision a of subsection 3 of section 39-06.1-10 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to operating a motor vehicle while driving privileges are suspended or revoked, the amount of statutory fees, the definition of moving violations, and entries against a driving record; and to provide a penalty.

HB 1294 - AN ACT to amend and reenact subsection 2 of section 39-06.1-06 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the amount of fees for a moving violation.

HB 1539 - AN ACT to amend and reenact section 49-22-03 and subdivision e of subsection 1 of section 49-22-22 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to backup electric generation.

HB 1222 - AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 15.1-09-33 and 15.1-19-03.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a requirement for public school students to have the opportunity to recite the pledge of allegiance each morning and immunity for liability stemming from the recitation of the pledge of allegiance.

HCR 3015 - A concurrent resolution urging the Southwest Power Pool and Midcontinent Independent System Operator to promptly and decisively act to maintain the reliability of the bulk power system by addressing market failures that have allowed capacity retirements to outpace replacement.

HCR 3016 - A concurrent resolution recognizing the benefits of enhanced oil recovery and encouraging the State of North Dakota and federal government to maintain favorable policies that support the development of carbon capture technology and utilization of carbon dioxide as a commodity for advancing energy security.

HCR 3017 - A concurrent resolution recognizing December 6th as annual "Miner's Day" to honor the hard work and dedication of coal miners, whose critical efforts provide reliable and affordable energy to millions of people, fuel economic growth, and support the energy security of North Dakota and the region.

HB 1178 - AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 15.1-07 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to school districts allowing students to leave campus to vote in elections.

HB 1538 - A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 4.1-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to creating a spay and neuter awareness grant program; to amend and reenact section 4.1-41-19 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the environment and rangeland protection fund; and to provide an appropriation.

HB 1427 - A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact sections 49-22-02, 49-22-03, 49-22-07, 49-22-07.2, 49-22-08, 49-22-08.2, 49-22-09, 49-22-09.2, 49-22-14, 49-22-16, 49-22-20, 49-22-21, 49-22-22, 49-22-24, and 49-22-25 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to authorization for the public service commission to regulate the siting compatibility for data centers; and to provide a penalty.

HB 1429 - AN ACT to create and enact a new subdivision to subsection 7 of section 26.1-04-03 and a new section to chapter 54-06 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to unfair discrimination in the business of insurance and the investment and management of public funds; to amend and reenact section 21-10-08.1 and subsection 10 of section 54-44.4-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the prohibition on social investments and restrictions on perpetual contracts; and to provide for a legislative management report.

HB 1511 - AN ACT to create and enact a new subdivision to subsection 3 of section 54-35-26, a new section to chapter 57-39.2, a new subdivision to subsection 3 of section 57-40.2-03.3, and a new section to chapter 57-61 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to evaluation of economic development tax incentives, a sales and use tax exemption for materials used to construct or expand a coal processing facility that utilizes coal as a feedstock, and severance and sales and use tax exemptions for coal used in a coal processing facility that utilizes coal as a feedstock; and to provide an effective date.

HB 1512 - AN ACT to provide for a legislative management study relating to statutory provisions governing certification of site compatibility for electric energy conversion facilities.

HCR 3013 - A concurrent resolution recognizing December 6th as "Miner's Day" and urging the federal government to refrain from enacting regulations that threaten the reliability and affordability of electric power in North Dakota and to increase support for research, development, and deployment for next generation carbon-based energy generation.
