Kevin Parker is a Democratic member of the New York State Senate, representing District 21 since 2003. Born in Brooklyn in 1967, he attended Andries Hudde Junior High School and Midwood High School before earning degrees from Pennsylvania State University, The New School, and the CUNY Graduate School and University Center. In 2010, he was convicted by a jury of two counts of criminal mischief for attacking a New York Post photographer, damaging his camera and car door and breaking his finger.
