Shane Reeves is a Republican member of the Tennessee State Senate, representing District 14, which includes Bedford, Moore, and Cannon counties and part of Rutherford County. Born January 18, 1968, he earned a degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and worked as a pharmacist, co-owning Reeves-Sain Drug Store in Murfreesboro before selling it in 2015 and founding Twelvestone Health Partners in 2016. He won a 2018 special election, endorsed by predecessor Jim Tracy, to fill the seat left vacant when Tracy joined the Trump administration, and has served in the Senate since March 15, 2018.
